The three-phase amorphous alloy oil-immersed distribution transformer is a next-generation energy-saving and environmentally friendly product developed in response to national energy conservation initiatives. Its core is made of advanced amorphous alloy material – a "non-crystalline metal" with atoms arranged in a disordered pattern, produced by rapid quenching solidification technology. This unique structure enables much easier magnetization and demagnetization compared to conventional silicon steel cores.
The product features a fully sealed, maintenance-free corrugated tank structure. It offers ultra-low no-load losses, low noise, and high reliability, making it widely applicable in urban and rural power grid projects, residential communities, hospitals, schools, industrial and mining enterprises, and pole-mounted installations.

1. Ultra-Low No-Load Loss & Superior Energy Efficiency
• No-load loss is reduced by 70-80% compared to traditional silicon steel transformers, delivering significant energy savings
• No-load current is approximately 50% lower than that of silicon steel core transformers
• For 15-type models, no-load loss is about 50% lower than S13-type silicon steel distribution transformers, making it especially suitable for rural power grids and low-load-rate locations

• High-quality amorphous alloy strip material with optimal flux density selection
• Shockproof pads installed between the core assembly and tank bottom/hanging plates, with soundproof panels between the assembly and oil tank to reduce noise transmission
3. Strong Short-Circuit Withstand Capability
• Dynamic analysis method applied for mechanical force calculation under short-circuit conditions
• High-voltage winding conductor hardened through flattening process to increase wire hardness and mechanical strength
• Grid oil channels in windings improve short-circuit resistance

• Optimized oil flow distribution design reduces winding hot-spot and average temperature rise
• Small oil gap with multiple oil channels and slotted pressing plate structure ensure smooth oil flow
• Fully sealed tank structure prevents air from contacting the oil, slowing insulation aging and eliminating the need for oil changes or routine maintenance
